Reasons for financial change

Why are Patti and I trying to be good with our money? That is a good question and I think I have some answers. These may change with time and are in no particular order.

• Get out of all debt
• Refinance Mortgage to a more reasonable number
• Get a couple (newer) cars
• Get married
• Build our dream house (yeah a condo will not do it forever)
• Start a business (not sure what yet but I think it will have food and order environmental impact)
• Travel
